Online Registration Information

Registration is July 27-Aug 2.
Support will be available at the school July 27-30  7:00am -5:00pm

If you will not be registering your child due to COVID or other reasons please contact the school. 361-274-2000

To get started, locate the heading for the type of student and please read before continuing to the parent portal (click here). Ascender Parent Portal is NOT compatible with Internet Explorer. You must use Google Chrome, Safari or Mozilla.


Returning Student Registration

Log-in to the parent portal. Do not create a new account unless you have never set-up an account. Letters were sent home to those without an account. If you are in question if you have a parent portal account please contact the school.

Complete Registration for your student.

**If the red registration bar is not showing on your student’s box then it could be the following:

1. The email on your account does not match the email in our system. Please call the school. (361-274-2000)

2. Your email has not been verified. Go to My Account (upper right corner dropdown) and verify email.


Returning Student and also adding a New Student Enrollment (Sibling)

1. Follow returning student procedures to register your current student.

2. Enrolling a Sibling: Make sure you are on My Account (upper right corner dropdown) and choose Enroll a New Student. Follow New Student Enrollment procedures.


New Student Enrollment

Required Documents: These documents can be uploaded in registration or you may bring them to the school.

1. birth certificate

2. immunization record

3. social security card

4. proof of residency

New Student Enrollment Online registration is a two-part process:

1. Begin by going to the parent portal and create an account. Choose Enroll a New Student.

**If during the enrollment process you choose Save and Continue Later then please follow these steps when logging back on to continue:

It will appear you have to start over but choose Enroll a New Student again then skip 1 and 2 at the top and select either 3 or 4 and up depending on where you stopped. This will take you back to your saved information.

2. After you submit then please contact the school. (361-274-2000). When registration has been approved you will then receive a portal id for your new student. At this time you will Link an Enrolled Student.

After you have set-up your student then log-out and log back in to review submitted information and complete the district local registration forms to finish the registration process.
