McMullen County ISD is accepting Competitive Sealed Proposals for the “Teacher Housing” project until 11/26/2018 @ 10:00 am in the MCISD Board Room, 901 River Street, Tilden, Texas 78072.


A Pre-Proposal Conference is scheduled on 11/12/2018 @ 9:30 am in the MCISD Board Room, 901 River Street, Tilden, Texas 78072. Obtain construction documents on or after 11/05/2018 from NextGen Architects, 45 NE Loop410, Suite 210, San Antonio, Texas 78216, (210)-375-3131.

Project Documents require a$200.00 refundable deposit to general contractor. All proposals must be delivered to the MCISD
Administrative Office, 901 River Street, Tilden, Texas 78072 on or before the date and time set above to receive proposals.
